The Loss Control Specialist will provide Loss Control consultative support to current and prospective policyholders in an assigned territory to help reduce workplace accidents. This involves visiting worksites, observing risks, writing reports, and providing training. They will manage an assigned book of business within a territory and monitor policyholder loss activity to develop loss reduction strategies.

This motivated individual will complete a comprehensive training program, to include classroom and computer-based training, certification completion, and field visits with a senior member of the team. The Loss Control Representative will manage an assigned book of business within a given territory and develop loss reduction strategies. They will also assist policyholders in identifying key objectives to improve safety and loss control at the workplace.
